I have had various appointments with APT. Every single one of them was late and poor advice given. In the end I gave up and got support somewhere else!
Rang to get some help , no one answered the phone and no one has called me back after saying they would on the answer phone
The most appalling of services and incompetent staff and a complete commitment to preventing access to actual help. And I feel awful writing this review as anyone who has to access this service, clearly has no other choice than to do so. So, so, sad this is considered acceptable for individuals without the 'privilege' of accessing secondary MH services.
