Absolutely stoked with these guys. I am a mechanic living in NZ and my Mum is back in Aussie. She had a major with her car. And knowing I couldn't get back to help her out, these guys looked after her so well. Made her feel comfortable and at ease with the job at hand. We had great communication from across the ditch and all went extremely well. Can't thank these guys enough for looking after Mum. Feel so good that she is in good hands. Cheers Guys and Girls. I would just like to say as one workshop to another how much I really appreciate how Ryan helped us out today when one of our valued customers had an issue with their vehicle in the Ballarat area. We had the vehicle towed to his workshop. Ryan quickly diagnosed the fault & then had the vehicle repaired and back on the road with lightning speed! Many thanks to Ryan who is real gentleman!
Honest, reliable, friendly, exceptional service. Took my car there after it had been "serviced" by another mechanic who quoted me an exorbitant amount for.a new clutch. Rang me back the first day I dropped it off with a completely different diagnosis that saved me 2k and a major part that wasn't required. Even gave me a loan car in meantime. A new customer for life, can't recommend highly enough, thanks guys 👍🏼😉
