This place is absolutely the best! Recommended by a friend, and can't wait to come back. The spa is clean, quiet and relaxing, and the staff is very friendly and very professional. After a long week, I had a 1 hour massage that helped me relax and take all the stress out of my neck and shoulders. I highly recommend Wilton Wellness Spa for body, mind and soul!!

Wilton Wellness Spa has been my strong preference since moving to CT almost four years ago. Each of my regular visits have been a truly an absolutely wonderful experience! Wilton Wellness Spa is my go to massage place! Amy gives the best massages. They are always able to fit me in and are reasonably priced. They are professional, kind, and talented. Highly recommend!
We booked a couples massage on a random Sunday night when the kids were at the in-laws, and that turned out to be a great decision. Amy and Joyce were wonderful and exactly what we needed. We will be returning.
