We like this dry cleaner bc they are close, reliable and friendly. They provide the service we need, and they do it well. Dry Cleaning has a risk factor that has yet to be insurable (I have never come across the option). If the numbers worked for insurance providers, then dry cleaners would insure clothes worthy of dry cleaning at a price. I would pay that price as long as it was within reason. I have been a loyal customer or Wilton River Cleaners for about 2 years. After my experience with them today, I will not be giving them my business. I brought in a silk blouse last week and when I went to get it today the sleeve was nearly torn off and there were about 3 to 4 stains all over the front and back of the shirt. The employee's reaction to the problem was appalling. She tried to make their mistake out to be my fault because of the "wear and tear" the shirt had been through.
