My mom has been at Wilton Manors since August 15, 2025 in the rehab and I feel at ease with her care. The staff is caring, proactive, and communicates well. The Director of Nursing- Gina and Assistant Director, Angela are very sweet and easy to talk to, understanding and compassionate. The nursing staff and aides are very attentive and the wound care nurses see my mom daily for her wound and very knowledgeable. Any issue I raise is resolved immediately. Have a friend staying here as we speak. He is laying in a bed with dirty sheets, they haven’t cleaned his room in days. His wound bandage is bleeding through the bandage and they won’t change it nor get someone that will until a “wound Dr” can. There’s going to be hell to pay if his wound gets infected . Completely disgusting place. Any 5-star review you find of this facility has to be based on THIRD WORLD STANDARDS. There is no other explanation. After experiencing on almost a daily basis for 3 weeks how this facility functions, these were my top takeaways: The staff is dismissive, even rude, and unreliable. It is virtually impossible to get anyone on the phone outside of reception, and a call back is extremely rare once v/m is left.
