Extremely Disappointing Experience We took our car to the Wilton Garage in Wilton, California, and unfortunately, it has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. Our car was kept there for over 4 months, during which time he was constantly given the runaround on why it wasn’t fixed. When we finally got our car back, it ran for a little bit but the check engine light came on so he took it back again. After returning the car, they claimed to have fixed it, that was August 16th. Terrible service I wouldn't recommend them to any one. i took my vehicle in to have the waterpump, thermostat and serpentine belt replaced and it turned into a total nightmare that was over priced $2,650 but i got it repaired anyway. Well It took them four mouths (April 11th to jully 16th) to have me pick my vehicle up in worse condition then when I brought it in. I went in for an air conditioning issue with a classic car that I’m am reluctant to leave anywhere. When I made the appointment I was greeted by a friendly staff. On the day of my appointment they were friendly. The more I talked with them I felt like I was a friend not a customer. In the end my issue was fixed with in 45 minutes and was a loose connection and a little refrigerant. Needless to say I was happy that it appeared to be a minor issue.
