The Wilton Y is a great place to work out at . There are many great classes to take ! They have very knowledgeable instructors & they work with the clients to keep them safe & get a good work out . Spinning at the Wilton Ymca is excellent , my favorite class & swimming in the summer is wonderful , outdoor pool !!
It is a wonderful place with so much to offer and friendly staff :)
