Unreliable and unprofessional. I called on Fri a couple of times and left a message letting them know that I will come for a testing on the Fri afternoon. When on Fri afternoon at 2.30pm to find out that they decided to leave early. Did not even bother to call me back to let me know that were planning to leave early, nor even their phone system was set to inform customers that they would leave early.

I went there today for Covid screening and blood testing for preop at Yale New Haven. This was the closest office.Jen, Jenny? ,is the person who took care of me. She got my blood on the first draw and that doesn’t always happen. I am a hard stick. The worst thing was trying to find a place, even with Waze. Signage is poor. Also the handicap parking does not have a ramp nearby for wheelchair accessibility. No automatic doors As of this time. It was a clean well lit facility. Jen gets six stars.
New professional staff and looks like they are following pandemic guidelines. So happy I can go here again!
