This was the most painful and stressful dental cleaning I’ve ever had. The hygienist was extremely rough, ignoring my request to be gentler — it felt more like construction than cleaning. Water and debris got all over my clothes, hair, and face, with no bib or protective eyewear. Even after the cleaning, tartar remained, and they jabbed at it forcefully, causing bleeding. The clinic is cramped, outdated, and unprofessional. Efficiency should not come at the cost of basic care and safety. I will never return.

11/08/2025. I have used Wilton Dental Practice for about 5 years. Dr Wale Towolawi is an experienced and an excellent dentist. He is incredibly professional, helpful and friendly. He always gives helpful advice. Three yeas ago, he gave me a referral that saved my teeth. He recommended a tooth paste that put an end to the pains in my root canal; it was like a magic. This is my second visit to the Wilton Dental Practice since November for a scale and polish appointment , and both experiences have been wonderful. The staff are genuinely polite and proffesional , great procedure and even provide great after care advice for your teeth . Thank you Ala , Namith and Sanja for your service ! Highly recommend this practice

I always doing the scale and Polish treatment when I'm go back to my country. Unfortunately this year's had someting gone up and canno go back anymore. So I needed a deep clean. I'm very happy with the result for the price that I pay, I'm suprides thta she removed all. 5 star dentist.
