Wilton Animal hospital advertises emergency care during open hours, laughable!!! I have been a customer since 2009. I called for 2 days in a row letting the office know that my dog was not well. I asked to come in two days in a row. I was turned away by whoever answered the phone (she didn't sympathize with the animal and shouldn't be in this field). Didn’t even get a phone call from the Vet asking what is wrong. Wow, what horrible service. They only seem to want to help you with well visits and very happy to take your money... read more

I procrastinated / forgot about my Dog's new prescription. I knew there was a 24 buffer requirement for a refill, but I called Wilton Animal Hospital hoping for a same day fill.I asked and they said I may have to wait until tomorrow. However, they called me at the end of the day letting me know it was ready to be picked up before they closed. I was able zip over and get it.I appreciate that level of service, but I will certainly try to give them the proper heads up next tim… See more
Very nice staff. Iv had only two disappointments in the last 3 years between all 4 of my pets they have cared for. Would recommend getting ortho surgery information in writing so it's clear on both ends what is being done as my oldest dog didnt have the type of ACL repair I requested and is now stuck with one junk repaired knee that I'm sure will break as shes only 3.
WAH took amazing care of our Chopper for many years, and when it was time to say good bye, they were all unbelievably kind, sympathetic, and supportive. When the time comes for us to bring another doggie into our home, we will absolutely be bringing them to WAH. ❤️
If I could give zero stars I would. Keeping my cat alive after I wanted to put her down and then telling people I wouldn’t take her back, only to put her down anyway two days later. Way to take the opportunity away from me to be with my cat when she was put down. And then when I reached out they denied it all. With the screenshots I took. Totally unprofessional and malpractice if you ask me. Selfish internet trolling people.
Business response:
Thank you for your feedback, Kelly. Because the cat's new owners did not want her, your father signed her over to our care. We ran tests to see if there was anything we could do to help her but when it was determined that there was not, she was humanely euthanized. Please give our Hospital Manager, Katey, a call at (603) 654-2227 so she can further address your concerns.
Couldn't have chosen a better place to take my Grayson. They love him as much as I do, and yes, he's very aware of that fact. Lol. What a great staff.
Dr. Lynn is very compassionate, but honest. She cares tremendously for our furry family members.
