Extremely disappointed! While Josh seemed sincere about getting our service request handled ASAP, it has now been several weeks without a status update from him, despite several e-mailed requests to him for an update.
I have been waiting 5 months after putting a deposit down on to have my elevator serviced. This company has taken time and $1,100 from a quadriplegic who is unable to access half my home. Shame on them.
Zero customer service and follow up.
We contract with Wiltek Home Elevators to maintain our residential elevator in Savannah, GA. Last week we set up a remote visit through Zoom with the technician Josh to determine why the elevator stopped and would not rise beyond the second floor. Josh responded quickly, and we scheduled the call. Using my iPad camera, Josh walked us through his inspection.
