Wiltek/PEACH STATE. Terrible company WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN, THEN ANOTHER FOR INSTALATION to start. WE ARE IN GULFPORT, FOUND OUT COMOANY NOT LICENSED TO WORK THERE. COUKD NOT INSTALL HYDRAULIC ELEVATOR. WONT RETURN ANY OF THE MONRY I PUT DOWN. CANT GET IN TOUCH, NO ANSWER. PHONE DISCONNECTED, ETC. FRAUDULENT COMPANIES!!!!!!!

I was very pleasantly surprised by the high-level and outstanding service I received. It was literally 24 hours from the time I paid the invoice to the time my elevator was repaired. I have an elderly dog that really doesn’t manage stairs very well and I felt like Wiltek was actually empathetic towards my needs too. I will definitely use them again. I bought the annual maintenance plan as well

Easy experience over a zoom call with Josh who was FANTASTIC! He helped me get my residential elevator up and running again quickly! He communicated affectively for the appointment time and then safely talked me through each and every step over a phone call. It was simple and easy to understand because he is good at what he does! I needed a back up battery and when it arrived a few days later- we zoomed again at no charge and he helped me safely install it to make sure my elevator ran at its best!

Extremely disappointed! While Josh seemed sincere about getting our service request handled ASAP, it has now been several weeks without a status update from him, despite several e-mailed requests to him for an update.
