You are the 4th mechanic we have taken our ute to and the ONLY one that could diagnose and repair my BT-50. For the past 18 or so months it would keep cutting out 10 minutes into the first drive of the day. I phoned and explained this and Michael was kind enough to talk me through a possible solution. After years of dealing with one company where our 4WD supposed to get new parts and instead all the good ones were stolen and replaced with old and very used and cheap (not suitable for 4WD), AFTER another issue with another company where they did not respect owner´s requests for new parts and instead decided to use the old ones OR replaced seal in such a way that we had to re-do it all (plus buying new parts)....., we were very surprised by Michael´s attitude, willingness to go more than extra mile and professionalism.
