Well, I had a skylight leaking. So I made the mistake of calling Wiltec Roofing. That was at 3pm. To my surprise they said they had someone available to come over, and that they'd call me between 3:30-4 to arrange. So I waited til 4:30 and then I called them back say I hadn't heard from anyone yet and to ask what was up. Then they said "well actually it's a 3 hour window", which was a surprise to me because they'd never mentioned it.
