Unfortunately he lost a very good watch of mine then brought another watch in hopes It would be a better experience and over 2 years and nothing, tried calling but always says unavailable and do have time to go there due to work.
I was struggling to get the back of my watch open to replace the battery. I gave up. I walked into Wilson's and handed him my watch. Within 15 seconds he had the back off. We had a friendly conversation as he worked on putting in the new battery in and putting the watch back together. I was very happy with the service.
Had a antique mantel clock repair he never lubricated the main spring or clean the inner workings and charged a arm and lag for one spring
Will ask high charges for small adjustment !! Don't go there !!
