I was struggling to get the back of my watch open to replace the battery. I gave up. I walked into Wilson's and handed him my watch. Within 15 seconds he had the back off. We had a friendly conversation as he worked on putting in the new battery in and putting the watch back together. I was very happy with the service.
Had a antique mantel clock repair he never lubricated the main spring or clean the inner workings and charged a arm and lag for one spring
Will ask high charges for small adjustment !! Don't go there !!
Worst people. My watch was a bit big. I just wanted to make it shorter which only took like a couple of minutes. And for that those people took 10 DOLLARS from me. Never go to this place. Waste of money.
I’m fairly certain this business is holding my clock hostage. I’ve stopped by 3 times during “open hours” to pick it up, yet it’s always closed. Try to call and always no answer or answering machine to leave a message. Just the worst business ever.
