Extremely predatory and unprofessional practices. My vehicle was towed here following a police incident and sat in their lot for over a month. When it came time to handle the situation, I was hit with an outrageous $2,000 storage fee for a vehicle I was never even able to pick up. Charging these kind of exorbitant fees while offering zero resolution or flexibility is completely unacceptable.
