Their driver ran my wife, myself and 5 month old son off the road July.18th 2023 at 6:30 pm in Fredericton. Downtown, I called the business left a message with there after hours and also called Wednesday morning looking to speak with the owner and have still yet to be contacted. Glad to know a local business could care less about the lives of some locals.
I contacted you in December. I received little to no help. I ordered my own replacement batteries for my fobs and changed them myself. The problem still continued. I contacted you in January and was told someone would call me. It is now February and my alarm is still beeping. An alarm system installed by your company 20 years ago. I think I will just find a company who cares about my safety and well being. Thank you for your reply. I wish you good health and prosperity.
Great local lock Smith service. Friendly staff, very prompt to respond. In my opinion this should always be your first stop for anything lock/security needs
I needed a key for a European lock, certainly a non-standard item. They practically almost forged one by hand! They certainly went above and beyond. I was so impressed that I got them to redo my front door lock. The "While you wait" service was just what I wanted, and the price for both was very reasonable.
These guys do a great job installing and maintaining security systems all over the city. Thanks for keeping us safe.
