We needed a fast repair on our teardrop trailer, and Dan fit us into the queue after a cancellation. It is summer, and Wilson’s is very busy, and he was completely transparent about our prospects. “I’m afraid we’re two weeks out,” he said, “but I’ll see what I can do. No promises.” He said this with genuine sympathy and kindness. We were, of course, prepared to cancel our upcoming camping trip, full expecting a week or two delay. Nice shop. Locally owned and operated. Great staff.
We called to see if we could have them look at our RV that received wind damage from a recent storm. As soon as the guy heard it was an insurance claim he started saying how busy and backed up they were and clearly were not interested in our business.
