Nine months, still broken, zero accountability My family has used Wilson's Plumbing for decades. We chose them for a $27,000 Mitsubishi mini-split installation despite their bid being the highest because we trusted their reputation. That trust was misplaced. Very disappointed in services and communication to address a heating issues. After three visits we still had no heat. Estimates were not provided ahead of time, explanations of what the issue may be were not discussed. Prices were very high when invoices came. Call back requests were not followed through, even when asked for a manager to call us back.
