To be fair, my experience with Wilson's was a while ago, but I just happen to be back in the market for all new furniture and was looking up local options, so I was reminded they exist. We went in, weren't greeted, had to beg someone to ask a couple of questions, received curt answers in a condescending tone, and walked out. I will never darken their door again. Sometimes local isn't best.
my wife decided that she wanted a new couch, so we went to Wilsons in Redmond Levi helped us he remembered us from our last purchase of another couch. He was helpful. Finally my wife picked one out. He said it would be 4 to 8 weeks before we received it we said OK the price was good about two weeks later they gave us a call said our couch is ready we were very surprised was fast easy on time. Delivery thanks Levi.
