I have recently experienced a downtime with cold air and dropping temperatures. The after hours service desk connected me with Luke in Truro who came to Bedford on a Saturday to get us up and running. As other problems persisted, Taylor worked magic at the office to source parts and the team finished the job a few days later. Great team, fast responsive service and a can-do attitude. Brilliant.
