I have recently experienced a downtime with cold air and dropping temperatures. The after hours service desk connected me with Luke in Truro who came to Bedford on a Saturday to get us up and running. As other problems persisted, Taylor worked magic at the office to source parts and the team finished the job a few days later. Great team, fast responsive service and a can-do attitude. Brilliant. I have had a great experience with Troy, and with Wilson’s. Every step of the process of switching from oil heating to electric has been taken care of by Troy. Whenever there was an issue, or I had a question, Troy was there to ensure that I had all the information and felt comfortable with the process. I would not recommend this organization. Very low on accountability and very disorganized. Subscribes to the overpromise underdeliver model.
We had these guys convert us from oil to a heat pump in June ‘25. Very pleased with the unit and the service was great. The installers were so great as they did the work. We’ve also had to have them for service to fix an issue and again they were fantastic. It was so nice to have such great explanations about what was done and what we should do.
Lots of people in the area are quite tired of their trucks pulling into traffic without signalling or even looking. I just watched an ambulance haw to brake hard to avoid rear ending one them swerving in and out of lanes.
