Highly recommend. We’ve been dealing with Wilson’s since 2020 on service for our old LG heat pump. Finally bought a new Lennox system from Wilson’s this summer. Excellent service from James in sales, Nick who did our original service call, Melissa with scheduling, fantastic installers (sorry I didn’t catch their names), and everyone else at the office! An incorrect transformer was installed during the original installation of our new heat pump system. Over the next several years, the same issue repeatedly caused system failures, multiple paid service calls, and significantly increased power bills.
