Great mattress company, and the employee that helped us wasn't pushy 😊 I highly recommend you get a bed here the prices are great.
Went in for a firm mattress and salesman convinced me to get the medium mattress. I ended up hating it because I was sinking into the mattress and I feel like I’m on a hill. I’m only 135lbs so I wouldn’t think the mattress would start doing that after 2-3 months. I ended up getting my “one free exchange” to the firm like I originally was talked out of. Wow!! You want to talk about bad service and rudeness? I've been coming here for the last 8 years to get all of my mattresses. I've always recieved excellent service and walked away with a wonderful mattress. I walked in yesterday and spoke to a guy with brown hair I don't know his name. Once he saw that I wasn't interested in his $2000+ mattresses he just walked away. Walked to the back of the store and stayed there. Do NOT believe them when they say lock in the price and ask for SS and Driver's License because the sale is ending. I was made to believe that I was just agreeing to a price, NOT purchasing. I did not sign any paperwork regarding a purchaseNow I have a credit card with a $4,000 plus Balance. This is fraud, and I reported as such. I will be contacting them directly and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
