First time I made a booking, they didn’t actually book it in so I had to re-make the appointment. They later told me the drive shaft needed replacing for $750. I was told it wasn’t covered by my warranty. This was not true. I have now had the $750 reimbursed after having to contact them over 10 times. They also caused my extended warranty to lapse because they failed to notify the insurer that the vehicle had been serviced. Friendly staff & fairly quick servicing.
Avoid at all costs. Took our car there and told them that the sensors were playing up and abs faulty Charged for a diagnostic service and vehicle said nothing was wrong with vehicle . Claimed it was checked, battery terminal was cleaned and abs tested. We were told we would have to pay 175.00 for the diagnostic hour and if we wanted to bring it back if it happened again it would be 175.00. So drove out and it happened again. Recently purchased a near new vehicle from albion park Mitsubishi. Car is still covered under 10 year diamond warranty. Car has a faulty head unit which wilsons was aware of at time of sale. Was never disclosed. They had even already ordered the part. Still not disclosed. Was originally told a 4 week wait. Now approaching 8 weeks still not rectified. Only given the run around. Phoenix was the salesman.
