My experience was awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable staff Dr. Wilson was very thorough she sat with me and discussed my care. Dirty!! Dirty facility: Uninformed staff. Medical information disappeared each shift change. No Patient-centered care. The “social worker” bullied and made an elderly man cry in his attempt to justify a doctor’s prescription for a low dose of Xanax following the 4-year care and subsequent death of his wife, who had dementia: Staff ignored doctors orders regarding weekend physical and occupational therapy, and submitted patient to unnecessary tests.
