I just got a gym member ship here not to long ago and I have been very happy so far. Lots of equipment and amenities which makes it great for people who are really into lifting and are advanced in their fitness journey. The only thing that takes this down to 4 stars for me is that it is defiantly on the expensive side at $75+ per month.
Very disappointed with the night “manager” at forum tonight. We tried to add our family members on our plan after being told at north that we could. The staff is not consistently trained and we cannot be on the same plan resulting in higher prices for my family. Wilson’s is greedy and management is poor. Would be nice to have some actual customer service and people that can answer questions accurately after the hours of 8-5 since other people have to work during that time. Likely not going to renew after the awful experience... read more
