Service was competent but they overcharge on their billing. They were out there for 40 minutes yet billed me for 1.5 hours. They were on the phone for 20+ minutes asking about billing with their office and also added drive time to get a water heater from their shop in the price. They refused to modify the bill and I had to dispute the charges with the bank.

Called Wilson's to make an appointment for my toilet tank that had been leaking. Asked them to replace the fill valve. Thankfully they were able to send out a couple plumbers the next day, I was told between 10 am and 12 pm. At 10 am, I received a call stating they're running behind schedule and would come later that day. They arrived at 2:22 pm & replaced the fill valve & told me that the toilet is wobbling which they could easily fix by replacing the wax ring and applying new bolts, which I'd have to pay for the parts for.... read more
