Have been using them for state inspections since moving to RI. Recently had a new set of tires put on - price was equal or better than big box retailers. They offered same day service, but I went with next day. 5 stars based on price, convenience, and quick scheduling.
I new go to auto shop. They fixed my issue with a low cost. They were super friendly and very professional. Highly recommend

I recently brought my 2019 GMC Sierra to Lincoln Tire & Auto Service in Lincoln, RI, for a leaking radiator. Brian, the owner, and Mike, the technician, provided excellent service from start to finish. They ordered the radiator and while working on it, they noticed my serpentine belt was fraying. They showed me clear photos of the issue and explained the potential hazards without pressuring me to replace it immediately.
