The salesperson was very knowledgeable and professional and the delivery was on time. Very satisfield.
What a great local ,family owned company to have in the area. Just before the Labor Day weekend, I was in the market for a new dishwasher. I had called Wilson’s, and spoke to a young lady named Mary. Everything was great from the moment we walked in until I washed my first load.we had a tc5 delivered and set up and they hauled away our old one. Lady at front desk to the salesman that helped me to the great guys that set it up. All was great!
We recently purchased a Speed Queen washer and dryer at Wilson's Appliances. The inside sales personnel were very helpful in answering questions as well as follow-up while awaiting delivery. The delivery and installation personnel were professional, and the installation went well. They made sure the washer and dryer were functioning properly and provided a short tutorial on how to use the machines. Walked in and spoke with the receptionist who told us a sales associate would be with us shortly. After 10 minutes of being ignored while one blonde lady at a desk (who appeared to not be busy) kept looking at us we walked out. Saturday of Labor Day weekend with a broken washer at home and I was ready to purchase. Sadly bad customer service cost them a sale. I’ll take my cash elsewhere. Very disappointing because they are one of the few speed queen dealers in the area.
