Great experience , ordered two refrigerators,one for the garage,one for the house, came in a timely fashion, delivery and installation was prompt and on time,everything worked as expected,even got a call the next day to see how things went and to make sure appliances were working as expected. This experience is the main reason I buy from the hometown store instead of the big box store, and I forgot they beat their price as well $$ Thanks

Overall not a great experience. I would not recommend. Sales person seemed inexperienced and did not communicate well. The installers damaged our door in a couple places when taking out the old appliances. When I asked what the policy was on this they told me they usually send a contractor out to fix any damages. After being told that, the sales person said that the installer could come back out to fix the gouges in the door. I said I would prefer a professional to fix the damages and they said ok. I’ve reached the age where you get excited about appliances. Proud owner of a new Speed Queen washer! And it also feels good to know I’ve shopped local. But unfortunately I won’t be able to buy a washer from them again for some time, because these things last forever. Thank you Wilson’s!

Wilson’s was amazing for our new washer! Good prices, and literally had my washer delivered the next day. Very impressed with Wilson’s and will continue to use them! Highly recommend!!!
