This place is absolutely horrendous. I asked and called to pick up my car and they told me that it was there, so I go to pick it up and no one is at the impound lot. I call again and I was supposedly supposed to give an hour notice that they never told me about when I called the first time. The lady on the phone then proceeded to tell me that someone would be there in 30 minutes. I waited 30 minutes no one still showed up.
