Office was closed at my appointment time. When they arrived back at the office they tried to get me to return later to pick up completed tax package. I told them this was a simple return. They then said I could wait but would take an hour to complete. This usually takes 10 minutes. Then I get the "server is down" excuse. Lost the whole morning because of these people. Would not recommend to anyone.
