Time management is very poor...the reception book people in every 10 to 15 minutes.. the drs take their time with patients... they need at least 20 minutes with patients. The woman who’s supposed to be manager could not manage her way out of a room. She is rude,, obnoxious ,, atrocious. The way she thinks she is so damn perfect. She has finally driven this practice to the dogs. Dr Wilson needs to take action as soon as possible before Cathy completely wrecks the place. Awful customer service, not understanding at all towards children with diagnoses. Don’t know how they’re still open
Doctor Wilson, it's your surgery. You need to look into replacing Kathy As I had never had a problem with your surgery ever until she Came along, she's always been rude,she never lets you speak to the doctor she wont even tell the docotors that you have rang and requested a call back. she takes over like she owns the place when it's doctor Wilson surgery, not Cathy surgery.
