The lawyers charge you without telling you that you'll be billed for asking a question on the phone, a phone call that lasted less and a min. If you receive ridiculous bills ask for a cost assessment hearing and record everything you do with the lawyers including phone calls. There are much better law firms that don't take advantage of you. Stay away from their lawyer Pamela Liang.
