Been taking dogs to Wilson vet for over 20 years. Final straw happened recently I will not go back. Management is all about the bottom line and since the practice has been bought out by larger group customer service is near the bottom of their priorities and you can tell. Wilson’s has fallen so much. From one of greats to one of worst. Money ain’t everything. Hope they read this

horrible place to take your dog in. I went to put my down down this week and the wait was over an hour. we kept checking in with the front front desk and they would tell us it would be a couple minutes over and over again. i do not recommend taking your dog here. they were also very rude in our last moments with our dog, the service was very, very disappointing . 0/10 service.

IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR FUZZY BABIES PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW!! This is my FIRST EVER negative review. I have NEVER in my life been in a situation like Wilson vet hospital put my pet and family through. I have multiple people telling me I should sue in addition to reporting this "hospital" to the ASPCA and licensing agencies. (Which I will be doing)! So this is what happened.... So I've been going to this place for 10 years , once a year to do all the yearly shot since my Chi never had a problem , mid 2018 he had a fat pimple and he was never bothered with and never slow him down or showed any kind of illness , so when I went 01/2019 for his yearly shot I ask for it and they did a biopsy and two weeks later the nurse called and told me that it was a tumor and he need a surgery ASAP , then I asked how much will coast me (since I don't have an insurance) she said she will call back and she did within ... read more

GAVE MY DOG THE WRONG SURGERY, WITH THE WRONG DR AND CHARGED ME FOR IT!! $625 cash! When I dropped my dog off for surgery with Dr Vitale the vet tech Melissa didn’t even evaluate him before taking him back. And when I picked my dog up they just pushed me to a checkout counter to pay, get his meds, then brought my dog up to the counter with his cone on and pushed me out the door. $625 cash I paid.
