False posting of Saturday hours. There are none.
I had been on a payment arrangement. The tenants before me had the gas bill to come once annually so I received a 900 bill in March. I had been paying the due amount or more every month. Apparently I missed the payment this month literally by minutes and bam woke up to no power. Can't remember the lady on the phone but kinda blunt and rude. . . .Richard was firm but understanding and helped me get reconnected within a few minutes. I paid my Lightbill on a Friday and yall want me to wait u til Monday to reconnect me that’s not right .
I've never had problems..but then l pay my bill on time.
Barely answer phones, so I have to drive there most of the time to fix issues (that could be resolved over the phone). This place honestly should be investigated just like the hospital. Also they make u for trash and recycling but throw both of them in one truck, then give you the good ol' runaround as to why they did that. They scamming people. Do not move here
