If you don't care when you get your delivery, or if your delivery is even delivered to you, this company is right up your alley. It doesn't matter when you call, they never answer. You'll never hear from them to sort out the problem. The most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with in our over 35 years of using trucking/freight companies.
We have been asking about a shipment status for Friday delivery which was delayed and put on priority delivery for the following Monday (Rick Tampa Office). Rick was extremely helpful and nice to talk to over the phone. This cargo was not delivered on the planned Monday at all so we spoke with Fiona (Tampa office), extremely rude and probably the worst customer service in the Tampa Bay Area. ZERO help. Unnecessarily rude to myself and another employee in our office.
