We were traveling from Arizona and broke a leaf spring on our Riverside Retro trailer. Randy was awesome. He spoke truth about the issues we had besides the spring. It was not a salesman pitch. He was genuinely concerned for our safety. After discussing the options, we had both rear springs replaced, 4 new tires because the old ones were separating, and greased the bearings. Worst quality work I’ve EVER seen from a trailer shop, or any shop for that matter. I had asked for ALL NEW aluminum stems/hardware/brackets etc. and when I got my trailer back they had REUSED several old corroded original parts/pieces that I wanted removed and replaced. Also nearly all the bolts to the brackets holding my bunks on were halfway/crookedly put in, bound to rip out soon enough. Met me on a weekend to sell me a new trailer which was awesome because I was only in town for the day. However postponed til next day which required me to get a hotel and coordinate my boat deal again. Had a question about the bill of sale (invoice) when I was registering it (didn’t itemize sales tax so tag office was trying to charge sales tax again) so gave him a call.
