I got a flat today. They had someone to my location to fix in 20 minutes!! Super friendly and they didn’t charge me a ton to fix. Appreciate them and will be using them for my tire needs from now on!
Very rude. Acted as if I was doing them a favor being there. Called to check status of my repair and person said we’re working on it and hung up. Not nice
We had our rear tire on our fifth wheel. Rv, blow out on a major highway. I had to pull over. After calling our insurance company and having a number Service calls canceled. We finally called Wilson tire company and within a 1/2 hour They had an incredible service,tech out on-site. Who did the entire tire change within a 1/2 hour? It was an amazing experience, highly recommend this incredible company.
Had a 2006 escape i did the front end on and took into wilson’s for an alignment, and even before i did the front end my tires didn’t rub my subframe shiny and the steering wheel was NOT off center, not only that the camber was way off. went back several times complaining for them to look at it and it didn’t even get taken back on the rack, just poor excuses.
