While returning home from the cottage with the entire family, we experienced a flat tire. Fortunately, we found Wilson Tire & Battery and stopped in without an appointment. The staff were courteous, efficient, and quick to assist. Despite our unplanned visit, they managed to repair the tire promptly and had us safely back on the road in no time. Their professionalism and responsiveness were greatly appreciated!

We paid for my new tires to be put on rims and then onto my car and balanced. Turns out they they never balanced my tires. I've been driving in freeway and my whole car is shaking like mad. This is wrecking my tires. Now I have to get them balanced again which means paying again. It is very suspicious that we were never given an itemized receipt which is a red flag to me.
