Took my Volvo in to have tires mounted and balanced. They got me in immediately as a walk-in. When they finished i was pulled aside and an employee showed me a small gouge they accidentally put in my wheel. They were very up front and basically said "this is on us, we want to make it right" and gave me some ideas for how to do that. I greatly appreciate how up front and honest they were, and their efforts to make it better. Thank you for your amazing compassion! My friend was stranded on 79 north and needed a new tire, he stayed after his closing time, she got the car towed to the shop to put the new tire on for her! 5 stars for compassion and customer service!!
