Got a standard storage unit, I dealt with anthea, she was awsome and so cheerful and helpful and was able to explain everything for me to understand how to get in and out and recieve my deliveries reassuring me of height requirements. Really appreciate it

I used Wilson Storage Bentleigh East to store an apartment’s worth of furniture etc. while I was overseas for 18 months. I originally had a good experience until I moved out in November 2024 when I discovered that the roof had leaked at the facility above my unit and poured water into my unit, leaving me with mouldy and rotten clothes, mattress, couch and linen. Having not used storage in the past I wasn’t sure what or how it worked but the manager Anthea was great to deal with. Explained and organised everything to make it very simple for me. Had a storage unit for 3 months and couldn’t fault the place or how it was run whatsoever so no dramas from me recommending to others.
