Allan and his team were incredible. From start to finish it was a great experience. Allan never pushed pricing on us and was very accommodating. In fact, they even reused our existing railings to reduce costs even with the amount of work being considerable. It's hard to overstate the attention to detail his team delivered. I really wanted to update my railing and spindles in my new older home. I was a little intimidated at the beginning of the process and was lucky to reach out to Allan Wilson. He made the process so easy I sent pictures of existing railing and sent pictures of ideas I was looking for. Mr. Wilson responded right away, confirmed with pictures and a detailed quote.
