Wilson Soto was friendly and professional until it came time to talk about the “retainer” (which is payment or a deposit he said would be refundable if unused at the end of our business together). I was in the process of moving so I had to communicate via phone. Well randomly and unexpectedly he ghosted me and stoped all communication with me completely.
