I have never left a bad review for a company before. Yet, this time I feel obligated to do so. When my air conditioner went out during the hottest week of the summer, they promised me they would get an air conditioner early the following week. Two weeks later, they put in my air conditioner, but did not finish the job. They left a huge hole in my backyard. They also told me that they needed to replace a rusty pipe in the basement. We have utilized Wilson and Son Service on a total of 5 occasions over the past 3 years. 2-A/C Unit Installs, 1-1950's Boiler System Replacement, 1-Furnace Replacement, and recently a Hot Water Heater Replacement. Each and everytime they have been professional and timely with their installs. Pricing quotes were fair and compatible. Would highly recommend their serviices to others to use, if and when needed.
