Absolute trash, only wanted a diagnosis, the man came and installed everything without my knowledge and then expected 700$ payment. I didn’t know what to do and signed what he was waving in my face then said he couldn’t do anything for me or get the stuff out because I already signed his paperwork. When my air conditioner went out during the hottest week of the summer, they promised me they would get an air conditioner early the following week. Two weeks later, they put in my air conditioner, but did not finish the job. They left a huge hole in my backyard. They also told me that they needed to replace a rusty pipe in the basement.
