Pure chaos! The first issue was when they called me saying that my account was overdue, but they actually forgot to charge my card that they already had on file. Secondly, they randomly closed the facility on a public holiday despite advertising that they’re open 7 days a week. No prior noticed was given via email or any other comms. This annoyingly meant I couldn’t access my pizza oven for a big family cook that had planned on that day.
