I took my 2016 M235i in with a "clunking noise" coming from underneath. My research seemed to indicate some serious suspension problems, so I was nervous and expecting the worst. A less-reputable mechanic would have been licking their chops - not so here. Within two hours it was diagnosed as a clip on the right front brake caliper, which was quickly addressed. No more clunking. This business is honest and fair - $130 later and I am a happy BMW driver; see you next time!
