Our Project Manager, Tyler, answered all questions and addressed our concerns in a timely and completly satisfactory manner which made us feel valued and more comfortable throughout the entire processed. Stephen Hernandez arrived to give an estimate on repairing our leaky roof and wound up sweeping the oak leaves off the roof and placing temp filler over the leaks—all before we hired him. He explained clearly what needed to be done, gave the estimate and left. A few weeks (during a very busy season) later he sent a tech who did the job cleanly and without rushing. We’re very happy with Wilson Roofing.
Wilson Roofing was used to evaluate roof damage we were having with our shingles on a roof that is less than 10 years old. They discovered extensive hail damage throughout the roof and assisted us in documenting the damage for our insurance claim.The insurance claim proceeded very smoothly with the the very professional assistance of Wilson Roofing staff. I reached out to Wilson late last week about some failing shingles we noticed. They sent Stephen out the next day to take a look and provide a proposal. Stephen was pleasant and thorough. He gave us a great out the door price and scheduled one of his installers to come out the following Tuesday. The technician was on time and courteous.
