Highly recommenced. Spent the time to listen and understand my issue. Does not brush you off or dismiss your concerns.
Very disappointed by your bedside manner. I don't understand how a well accomplished doctor could be so rude and impatient. Please correct your behaviour towards your patients when under stress. Your secretary leaving early that day is not an acceptable excuse to use on any given day to act in such a manner. Especially for someone that holds such prestige in this society. I would give you a zero rating for your services if it were possible.
