I did get a response after leaving a review. It’s a bit disappointing that it took a review to get someone to respond with update. Will update as the case progresses.
I had WR and Z ask me to be part of case against home builders building incorrectly. They took pictures and samples of house over a year ago. I’ve reached out 12 times to just get an update and they never responded to any of my requests. Left messages for a Gale several times all I asked for is an update text or Email, but no response. Not sure how they handle all their clients but the constant ignoring is rude and unprofessional. Matthew L. Wilson went above and beyond regarding our arduous case involving our builder (stucco issue), he was very hands-on and kept us in the loop at all times as to what was happening. My wife and I had an issue with our builder and deficient stucco. The first law firm we spoke with would not take us on as a client, but did not give any reason.
