Made the self inflicted error of taking on this realtor as a dual agent for helping a family member wanting to make an offer on their first home purchase in more than a decade. Got the realtor's info from the house's Tennant, not marketing or Homes for Sale Site. Was just trying to avoid too many realtors in the transaction. Our Mistake.
