Gavin was awesome. Our home was not a high ticket item in terms of real estate. Gavin treated us like we were top of his priority list. He showed up when he said he would and even stopped by to make sure things were good outside of business hours. The process was simple even though I am out of state from where we were selling.

Gavin went above and beyond to help us find our new home. He met us after normally working hours to show us several houses over a couple years and was so patient with our list of needs/wants. He communicated with us regularly and was super helpful during negotiations. He also sold our house and made the process so easy. I still cant believe it sold in 4 days for over asking price!
