Unable to give the absolute bare minimum home fire insurance to satisfy the requirements of a mortgage. If you plan on paying cash for a home purchase and just want insurance for personal reasons then great, but if you plan on getting a mortgage for your home purchase then be aware that they can't insure the amount required by most mortgages and this can lead to the entire home purchase falling through and total loss of any deposit paid plus any lawyer/realtor/home inspection fees paid.
