This was my first visit to this office as a new patient and I have to say that I am impressed. The office staff were friendly and helpful. I didn’t have to wait very long to get called back to see the doctor. As a matter of fact the waiting room was not crowded at all. It was just myself and 2 other people there. My wait time total was around 20-30 minutes if that. The doctor came in and introduced himself to me and shook my hand. He was very professional and polite. I have never experienced more unprofessionalism/disorganization from a medical office. When a patient who is nothing short of compliant and personable can't breathe and is needing equipment to be able to do so, has called and left multiple messages for nursing staff with no response, and after finally speaking with a nurse, was unsure if she had even sent in the orders for the correct patient stating "this has never happened before" and is grossly talked about by Stacey from the front desk staff when inquired upon profession... read more

We really have a good experience with Dr Binav Shrestha. He take his time go though everything my mom need. Recommend him to everyone.Thank you for such a best 🫁 doctor in wilson 👍🏻👍🏻
